Being a Sales Representative at Chartrand Ford is about much more than selling cars — it's about creating a memorable customer experience from first contact to after-sales service.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Warmly welcoming customers and advising them on our range of new vehicle models

  • Listening attentively to customer needs to offer personalized solutions and close effective sales

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster long-term loyalty

  • Collaborating with the after-sales team to ensure satisfaction at every step

  • Staying up to date on market trends and the latest Ford innovations to provide expert and relevant advice

  • Proactively following up with potential clients through phone calls, texts, emails, and regular outreach

  • Updating customer information and ensuring accurate follow-up using our CRM system (knowledge of Activix CRM is a major asset)

We’re looking for someone with the following profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales – you know the field and are comfortable with the sales process

  • A strong team player – you understand that success is built together

  • Unwavering motivation and results-driven mindset – hitting your targets is second nature

  • Autonomy, initiative, and sharp negotiation skills – you take charge and know how to convince with integrity
