Your day-to-day will include:

Warmly welcoming customers and advising them on our range of new vehicle models

Listening attentively to customer needs to offer personalized solutions and close effective sales

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster long-term loyalty

Collaborating with the after-sales team to ensure satisfaction at every step

Staying up to date on market trends and the latest Ford innovations to provide expert and relevant advice

Proactively following up with potential clients through phone calls, texts, emails, and regular outreach

Updating customer information and ensuring accurate follow-up using our CRM system (knowledge of Activix CRM is a major asset)
We’re looking for someone with the following profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales – you know the field and are comfortable with the sales process
