Mustang Mach E 2023, more powerful and less expensive

It has style, everyone will agree. More than that, the 2023 Mustang Mach E is fun to drive, dynamic and makes the most of its 100% electric drivetrain. Anyone who's ever gotten behind the wheel of one will have no trouble recognizing its sporty character, as well as its practicality. After all, the Mustang Mach E is just as much an SUV.

The good news is that in the last few days, Ford has decided to lower the price of its electric car, making it affordable in all its variants and even increasing its qualities and range in some cases.

Price changes for the Mach E

Ford has decided to lower the price of several models. For example, the Mustang Mach-E Premium RWD Standard Range is now available for $61,995 (MSRP), which is a $3,000 reduction. With all-wheel drive, the new price is set at $64,995, a reduction of $2,250. The extended-range versions of these models are now priced at $66,995 and $69,995, respectively, an incredible $11,000 and $10,250 off the previous prices.

The California Route 1 eAWD Extended Range is now available starting at $69,995, which is a $9,125 price drop. As for the GT Performance Edition Extended Range, a $9,750 reduction makes it available starting at $82,995.

This list wouldn't be complete without mentioning the base Select model, which has an MSRP of$56,995 and makes the Mustang Mach-E eligible for a $5,000 Canadian government rebate for electric vehicles. Of course, customers who have already ordered their Mustang Mach-E and are awaiting delivery of their vehicle will automatically benefit from the new pricing.

Financial assistance

The big change also comes from the eligibility of Mach E models for government financial assistance. Remember that at the provincial level, vehicles priced under $65,000 are eligible for $7,000 in financial assistance when purchased or leased.

The same is true at the federal level, where the $60,000 ceiling allows the Mach E to benefit from the $5,000 in financial assistance offered. However, you have to be careful and wait for the publication of the authorized versions on the websites of the governments concerned. The rebate is only eligible once the list is updated.

Of course, our advisors at Chartrand Ford can help you recognize the list and can even help you apply for financial assistance for a home terminal. Because we're that helpful!
