2017 Ford F-150 Raptor driving modes come and see it at Chartrand Ford in Laval

It's crazy the speed with which technological advances follow one another. However, there is little time that could have claimed that computing would become so important in the automotive industry? The advent of massive computing has made it possible to manage many aspects of our vehicles. Examples include the controls that regulate the firmness of the suspension, the level of agility of the steering, the response time of the acceleration, changes in speed and we pass. The availability of these aspects depends on the decisions of the manufacturers and is not necessarily found on all vehicles.
In this short article we look at an unthinkable aspect just a few years ago, that is to say, the multiple driving controls found on the steering wheel of the all-new 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor.
Besides, aside from this aspect, the Ford F-150 Raptor is endowed with a host of innovations that will make the pleasure of its new owners. More specifically, it will inaugurate the new generation of 3.5-liter V6 dual turbo engines (see: EcoBoost), which will be accompanied by the brand new 10-speed Ford automatic gearbox. It would be a first in the industry. Now imagine how you will be able to take control of this beast with this new transmission and the multiple modes of driving that you alone will be the master.
Precisely, here is a brief overview of the different driving modes. The first is without a doubt the one you will use most often. This is the Normal mode. Sport mode improves the response time of the accelerator while allowing the engine to revolutionize at a higher level. In Weather mode, the vehicle will be able to adapt to adverse conditions by finding the required level of grip. It will be the ideal solution in winter when road conditions deteriorate.
For off-road enthusiasts we find the Mud / Sand mode for playing in the sand and mud, Baja which minimizes the intervention of the traction control system for desert walks and finally Rock Crawl which reduces the 4X4 system intervention and disengage all the help systems so that you can move through rugged rocks.
